{"id":11788,"date":"2018-03-09T08:57:19","date_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:57:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/marketing-de-relaciones-y-restricciones-verticales-en-el-canal-de-distribucion\/"},"modified":"2018-03-09T08:57:19","modified_gmt":"2018-03-09T08:57:19","slug":"marketing-de-relaciones-y-restricciones-verticales-en-el-canal-de-distribucion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-economicas\/marketing-de-relaciones-y-restricciones-verticales-en-el-canal-de-distribucion\/","title":{"rendered":"Marketing de relaciones y restricciones verticales en el canal de distribuci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Santiago Gonz\u00e1lez Hernando <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis doctoral tiene como objeto de estudio a las relaciones entre empresas en el canal de distribuci\u00f3n.Se pretende contribuir al desarrollo de pardigma del marketing de relaciones aplicado a los canales de distribuci\u00f3n y, para ello, se ha estructurado el trabajo de la siguiente forma:  en primer lugar, se efect\u00faa una introducci\u00f3n a los diversos paradigmas que han estudiado las relaciones entre organizaciones y se justifica la elecci\u00f3n de la teor\u00eda del contrato social y el marketing de relaciones como pardigmas centrales de la tesis doctoral.A continuaci\u00f3n, se efectua una revisi\u00f3n te\u00f3rica sobre el concepto del intercambio relacional y de los tres tipos de acuerdos verticales m\u00e1s frecuentes: la exclusividad territorial, la exclusividad de surtido y la fijaci\u00f3n de precios de reventa.  este cuerpo te\u00f3rico es empleado para proponer una escala con capacidad de medir el grado en que un intercambio entre dos empresas en el canal de distribuci\u00f3n es transacicional o relacional, escala que es enconrada fiable y para la que se realizan una validaci\u00f3n cruzada. Esto nos permite contrastar las proposiciones planteadas entre el grado de orientaci\u00f3n relacional existente entre los fabricantes espa\u00f1oles y sus distribuidores y dimensiones como el volumen y asimetr\u00eda de dependencia y las variables de resultado. para finalizar, se propone un modelo de cesiones que relaciona el grado de orientaci\u00f3n relacional con las restricciones verticales. Todas las proposiciones son  contrastadas empleando informaci\u00f3n primaria consistente en 119 relaciones pareadas en las que se han analizado las percepciones simult\u00e1neas de fabricantes y
