La embriogenesis som\u00e1tica puede dinamizar los programas de mejora y de propagaci\u00f3n masiva. Tomando como explantos n\u00f3dulos florales masculinos de musa pueden llegar a establecerse suspensiones celulares embriogenicas. Un mejor conocimiento de los factores que influyen en la regeneraci\u00f3n constituye una base para la optimizaci\u00f3n de la misma. los resultados constatan que la siembra in vitro de nodulos florales jovenes en ciertas epocas del a\u00f1o incrementa los rendimientos de la embriogenesis som\u00e1tica indirecta. Tambien se confirma que ciertas proteinas extracelulares, asi como contenidos y relaciones de poliaminas end\u00f3genas en sus distintas fracciones, constituyen marcadores tanto de competencia como de etapas embriogenicas. Durante el proceso regenerativo, existe asociacion de putrescina con fases proliferativas, y de poliaminas de cadena larga con fenomenos de diferenciacion relacionados con formaci\u00f3n de embriones,
