A lo largo del trabajo, la caracterizaci\u00c2\u00bfn y severidad de da\u00c2\u00bfo sufrido por los materiales es evaluada en casos reales, prestando especial atenci\u00c2\u00bfn a establecer el origen y el proceso qu\u00c2\u00bfmico involucrado en las patolog\u00c2\u00bfas, contribuyendo a la preservaci\u00c2\u00bfn. Adem\u00c2\u00bfs, para comprobar la efectividad de un innovativo m\u00c2\u00bftodo de conservaci\u00c2\u00bfn, se realiza su monitoreo a trav\u00c2\u00bfs de un enfoque multianal\u00c2\u00bftico, evaluando su capacidad para reducir el deterioro as\u00c2\u00bf como, para determinar los requerimientos para su implementaci\u00c2\u00bfn.Las metas propuestas han sido logradas gracias al desarrollo de diferentes metodolog\u00c2\u00bfas, destacando la utilidad de la espectroscopia raman. Los h\u00c2\u00bfndicaps resultantes del an\u00c2\u00bflisis de campo han sido reducidos gracias a la implementaci\u00c2\u00bfn de drift. Paralelamente, t\u00c2\u00bfcnicas como sem y xrf han sido propuestas para detectar la capacidad de penetraci\u00c2\u00bfn de los agentes de deterioro as\u00c2\u00bf como, ic para cuantificar la severidad del da\u00c2\u00bfo salino, de acuerdo a la legislaci\u00c2\u00bfn existente. A s\u00c2\u00bf mismo, los datos cuantitativos son sometidos a estudios quimiom\u00c2\u00bftricos y termodin\u00c2\u00bfmicos con objeto de corroborar el an\u00c2\u00bflisis espectroscopico.
