Braziliensis, los correspondientes a la prote\u00edna ribosomal l 14 y a la prote\u00edna lmp-11, espec\u00edfica de los tripanosom\u00e1tidos. En ambos casos se ha caracterizado el locus g\u00e9nico y se han purificado las correspondientes prote\u00ednas recombianantes en un sistema de expresi\u00f3n in vitro en escherichia coli. Del mismo modo, se ha expresado y purificado una forma truncada de la kmp-11 de l. Braziliensis, para realizar un estudio comparativo de la respuesta antig\u00e9ncia, durante la infecci\u00f3n natural por este par\u00e1sito, contra las formas completa y truncada de estas dos prote\u00ednas.  por otra parte, tambi\u00e9n se han purifiado las prote\u00ednas recombinantes h1 y ribosomal l6 de l. Braziliensis, emple\u00e1ndose adem\u00e1s una colecci\u00f3n de p\u00e9ptidos sint\u00e9ticos que cubren la secuencia de estas dos prote\u00ednas, con el fin de localizar los determinantes antig\u00e9nicos de las mismas.  finalmente se han purificado otras dos prote\u00ednas recombinantes, las correspondientes a las formas truncadas de la kmp-11 de t. Cruzi, con las que se la realizado un estudio que ha permitido comprobar la diferencia en la respuesta frente a la kmp-11 de los enfermos de leishmaniasis y de enfermedad de
