Esto lo convierte en un t\u00f3pico elusivo, del que nunca se habla, pues no se le aborda directamente.  La tesis aborda el tema del error, dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n productiva moderna, como una realidad entramada en la actividad humana en cuyo combate promueve el avance de las organizaciones.  Tal es la hip\u00f3tesis del trabajo: que el error adquiere diversas formas en distintos niveles de acci\u00f3n humana y que buscando evitarlo, generamos organizaciones tendientes a la eficiencia y el control centralizado, sin darnos cuenta que abrimos la puerta a errores de tipo m\u00e1s elevado y cuyas repercusiones son tambi\u00e9n mayores.  en primer lugar analizamos el concepto del error  desde el punto de vista de la filosof\u00eda, la psicolog\u00eda cl\u00e1sica, la econom\u00eda y la psicolog\u00eda cognitiva moderna. Acto seguido repasamos la evoluci\u00f3n de la organizaci\u00f3n productiva moderna, y proponemos un arreglo de cuatro etapas, partiendo del trabajo indiferenciado, hasta llegar a la compleja corporaci\u00f3n actual, en donde el trabajo est\u00e1 dividido por funciones, por tareas y por estratos operacionales.   la \u00faltima parte de la tesis consiste en el contraste de los modelos organizacionales que proponen taylor, weber y mayo, para entender la manera en que confluyen estos modos de ser del trabajo y las taxonom\u00edas del error en la organizaci\u00f3n. Entre las m\u00faltiples conclusiones, destaca la visi\u00f3n del error como expresi\u00f3n de la capacidad creativa humana y la importancia de generar nuevos modelos de organizaci\u00f3n menos
