Se realizo una revision de las tecnicas disponibles  y se adaptaron convenientemente a los objetivos y la zona de estudio. Se da una descripcion detallada del metodo de toma de muestras y preparacion de las mismas. Un estudio de la distribucion de los organos subterraneos a lo largo del perfil nos permite predecir valores de biomasa para cualquier punto del perfil. Se consigue evitar la contaminacion de las muestras  por arcilla  al evitar el problema de lavado de la fraccion fina  pelos radical  sin mas que utilizar un modelo matematico que permita la estimacion de esta. Se consigue con el aproximaciones de hasta la 3 cifra decimal. Se evaluan los efectos que producen en la biomasa radical los factores climaticos  determinando cual de ellos es el que mas afecta a dicha biomasa  los factores edaficos asi como las acciones
