Mar <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha realizado un estudio cariometrico en el raton blanco macho  a nivel del area preoptica medial  area preoptica lateral  nucleo paraventricular (partes medial lateral  rostral y caudal)  nucleo supraquiasmatico nucleo ventromedial(partes dorsal  central y ventral) nucleo dorsomedial y nucleo infundibular hipotalamico; asi como del nucleo geniculado lateral dorsal talamico.  se analizaron dos grupos de animales:un primer grupo control  cuyas edades oscilaban entre los 5 y los 190 dias postnatales; el segundo grupo de animales eran castrados prepuberalmente  y posteriormente sacrificados entre los 25 y 85 dias postnatales. Los parametros nucleares analizados fueron: perimetro  area nuclear diametro maximo y factor forma. Se obtuvieron distintos patrones especificos de desarrollo para los diferentes nucleos hipotalamicos  asi como para el nucleo geniculado lateral dorsal.
