A continuacion se expone el algoritmo  los teoremas de convergencia y el error del mencionado metodo para soluciones simples de sistemas no lineales y rectangulares de ecuaciones.  en un tercer capitulo se tiene el mismo esquema mencionado anteriormente  pero aplicado a soluciones multiples de sistemas.  por ultimo se estudia el metodo para sistemas lineales donde resulta un proceso finito pues siempre se obtiene una solucion en un numero finito de iteraciones.  el trabajo se acompa\u00f1a de dos apendices de resultados numericos de ejemplos (lineales y no) resueltos en el vax 11 de
