Despues de estudiar sus principales propiedades  definimos lo que hemos denominado como  descomposicion de una matriz respecto a un par de rectas arbitrarias  para a continuacion obtener dos formas canonicas que optimizan la aproximacion a la matriz y a sus autovalores respectivamente.  finalmente se hace un estudio comparativo entre la cota de henrici para la desviacion de la normalidad y otra
