Se calcula la funcion de distribucion de frecuencias de los modos externos y la contribucion externa a las funciones termodinamicas. Mediante una suma sobre todos los modos contenidos en la zona de bdillovin se calculan los tensores cristalograficos de movimiento de solido rigido y los factores atomicos de vibracion. Se calcula la intensidad termica difusa de 1 y 2 orden en las proximidades de los nudos de la red reciproca  que se comparan con las calculadas con la aproximacion de onda larga (lw). Se calculan los factores de correccion de 1 y 2 orden de las intensidades de bragg por efecto de la contribucion termica difusa.
