de la estructura quimica de la cutina de las hojas de quercus suber  realizando la determinacion de los puntos de union entre los monomeros y los extremos del polimero.  se despolimerizo la cutina por metanolisis estequiometrica aislandose y caracterizandose por tecnicas espectroscopicas y cromatograficas  los monometros como sus esteres metilicos.  para la determinacion de los grupos hidroxilos y carboxilos libres y esterificados  se obtuvo la mesilcutina  en la que los grupos hidroxilos libres se transforman en sus esteres de metanosulfonilo.  se efectuo posteriormente la despolimerizacion de la mesilcutina por hidrogenolisis con bh sub 4 li.  la comparacion entre los alcoholes provinentes de la mesilcutina con los obtenidos a partir de la cutina revelo cuales eran los grupos oh libres y
