Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>De una amplia gama de colorantes ensayados para la determinacion colorimetrica de compuestos de amonio cuaternario por el metodo del par ionico-extraccion-colorimetria los reactivos mas ventajosos resultan ser el naranja ii (c.I. 15.510) junto con el ya extensamente estudiado anaranjado de metilo siendo el diclorometano el disolvente mas adecuado para la extraccion. La aplicacion de las tecnicas seleccionadas con naranja ii a la determinacion en medicamentos de cloruro de benzalconio dio errores inferiores en todas las determinaciones realizadas en medio acido al 1 20%.
