Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se han analizado mediante microscopia electronica cuantitativa y cualitativa las caracteristicas ultraestructurales de las celulas linfoides implicadas en la produccion de anticuerpos monoclonales contra el enzima glutamico deshidrogenasa (gdh). El analisis estadistico de los valores cuantitativos indica que existen escasas diferencias significativas entre los linfocitos b de ratones controles e inmunizados contra la gdh y que podrian ser debidas a la presencia de celulas memoria.  no existen cambios significativos entre las celulas sp sub 2\/o y los hibridomas cultivados  in vitro . Sin embargo  al transferir estos hibridomas desde condiciones in vitro  a  in vivo  las celulas pasan de un estadio inmaduro a celulas plasmaticas maduras.
