El trh no produce modificaciones en la actividad pde  en tanto que la somatostatina aumenta la actividad de este enzima  siendo maxima a los 30 y 15 y minutos. Este hecho podria estar en relacion con la disminucion de los nivelesde ampc encontrada por otros autores tras la administracion de somatostatina.  laactividad atp asa ca elevado 2+  mg elevado 2+ mitocondrial no varia tras la administracion de trh  pero esta aumentada en los animales tratados con somatostatina. El fenomeno inverso  disminucion  se observa en la fraccion microsomica de los mismos animales. En membrana plasmatica y citosol existe una ligera elevacion a los 15 min de la administracion de trh.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Distribucion
