Cada sistema  terrigeno o carbonatico  refleja condiciones de equilibrio momentaneo entre subida relativa del nivel del mar  subsidencia  sedimentacion y deformacion tectonica..El desarrollo alternante de facies carbonaticas y terrigenas  durante el rellenode la cuenca es un ejemplo tipico de eventos en los que predominan caracteres de profundizacion o emersion respectivamente.  en otras
