Reactiva que permite controlar la estequiometria del sulfuro de cobre depositado en lamina delgada  habiendose determinado las condiciones experimentales que conducen a la obtencion de las fases chalcocita (cu sub 2 s) djurleita (cu sub 1.95s) y anilita (cu sub 1.75s). Sobre los films reales se han determinado por primera vez las constantes opticas (indice de refraccion y coeficiente de absorcion) de las tres fases mencionadas a partir de un modelo completo en el que se tiene en cuenta las reflexiones multiples coherentes en el film e incoherentes en el sustrato  asi como el efecto de rugosidad superficial  habiendose determinado asimismo los bordes de absorcion de las tres fases  el nivel de fermi y la concentracion de portadores a partir de la absorcion por portadores libres.
