El electrolito y la densidad de corriente de la anodizacion desempe\u00f1an un papel fundamental durante la oxidacion  lo cual es debido fundamentalmente a la incorporacion del electrolito en la pelicula anodica. La curvatura detectada en los resultados experimentales de la velocidad de anodizacion en funcion del voltaje ha sido explicada a traves de un modelo simple de avalancha electronica durante la anodizacion  la cual crece exponencialmente a lo largo del espesor del oxido en un proceso de multiplicacion por impacto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
