Consta de los siguientes capitulos:  capitulo 1: conceptos basicos.  capitulo 2 (engranajes con contacto lineal): talla por generacion  velocidad generalizada de la linea de contacto  superficie de engrane y conjugada  linea de contacto  perfil normal  corvaturas relativas.  capitulo 3 (engranajes con contacto puntual): velocidad del punto de contacto  1 y 2 forma cuadratica fundamental corvaturas relativas.  capitulo 4: aplicaciones en cilindricos conicos e hiperbolicos.  capitulo 5: consideraciones didacticas.
