El modelo es aplicado al analisis de la influencia de los parametros de la celula en su comportamiento. Se han desarrollado distintos metodos para obtener de forma experimental estos parametros. Se ha instalado y puesto en funcionamiento un equipo de epitaxia en fase liquida y se han fabricado celulas solares de gaalas\/gaas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
