Se han estudiado 673 colecciones de hongos que representa un total de 163 especies de aphyllophorales y 53 de agaricales. Se proponen cinco taxones nuevos para la ciencia son: cerocorticium canariensis manjon y moreno; dacryobolus phalloides manjon  hjortstam y moreno; dendrothele malenconii manjon y moreno; gloeocystidiellum parvisporum manjon y moreno e hyphoderma sabinicum manjon y moreno.  son nuevas citas para el catalogo micologico europeo antrodia juniperina (murrill) niemella y ryvarden lenzitopsis oxycedri malencon y bertault y mycenamargaritifera mre.  se ha realizado un ensayo ecologico diferenciando entre taxones saprofitos y parasitos.  se indican mapas de distribucion de las coniferas espa\u00f1olas estudiadas asi como el material objeto de esta tesis doctoral se deja depositado en el dpto.
