Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta memoria se ha profundizado en los m\u00e9todos luminiscentes de an\u00e1lisis, empleando la fluorescencia y la quimioluminiscencia como t\u00e9cnicas de trabajo.  se han planteado y desarrollado m\u00e9todos para resolver problemas anal\u00edticos mediante t\u00e9cnicas avanzadas de fluorescencia. Se ha establecido una nueva metodolog\u00eda basada en par\u00e1metros no concentracionales como la polarizaci\u00f3n de fluorescencia, para resolver mezclas binarias. Adem\u00e1s, se ha aplciado la reacci\u00f3n quimioluminiscente del sistema luniol\/hrp\/per\u00f3dicos de hidr\u00f3geno acopl\u00e1ndolo a otras reacciones enzim\u00e1ticas mediante un sistema de transferencia de energ\u00eda.
