Para ello se han realizado estudios con microscopia optica de las muestras control y con microscopia electronica de transmision para los cultivos transfiltro. Los cambios histologicos aparecidos en el interior del blastema metanefrico de los embriones de rata  al igual que ya demostramos en los embriones humanos  podemos concretarlos en los siguientes procesos:  1) formacion de cordones celulares densos  2) canalizacion de dichos conglomerados celulares pretubulares  3) diferenciacion del epitelio tubular y 4) diferenciacion de la membrana basal tubular.
