En la segunda parte experimental de este trabajo se ha aplicado el metodo del sulfito a la determinacion de areas interfaciales especificas en tanques de burbujeo agitados analizando la influencia de los parametros geometricos y de las variables de operacion. Los resultados experimentales obtenidos indican que con los tipos de agitadores usados en esta investigacion la forma y el tama\u00f1o no influyen en el area.
