Sin embargo, las soluciones propuestas est\u00e1n inspiradas en la teor\u00eda general de c\u00f3digos recursivos. En esta tesis se demuestra que la formulaci\u00f3n del algoritmo de boosting adaptativo m\u00e1s conocido, adaboost, puede explicarse a partir de la decodificaci\u00f3n app de palabras de un c\u00f3digo de repetici\u00f3n y transmisi\u00f3n sobre un canal aditivo discreto y sin memoria. La generalizaci\u00f3n de este resultado junto a la consideraci\u00f3n de que el dise\u00f1o de algoritmos de clasificaci\u00f3n m\u00faltiple es reducible al caso binario mediante codificaci\u00f3n del dominio de clases, permite la formulaci\u00f3n de un modelo decodificaci\u00f3n generalizado para el dise\u00f1o de algoritmos de clasificaci\u00f3n de complejidad reducida en dominios binarios y no binarios. Una de las ideas dominantes en esta tesis es que si el dise\u00f1o de algoritmos de clasificaci\u00f3n puede modelarse como un problema de decodificaci\u00f3n, entonces las limitaciones debido a la aplicaci\u00f3n de estrategias de codificaci\u00f3n monol\u00edticas deben resolverse mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n alternativa de c\u00f3digos recursivos. De forma adicional, la aplicaci\u00f3n de estrategias recursivas de codificaci\u00f3n permite la descripci\u00f3n del aprendizaje a trav\u00e9s sobre grafos de tanner.  la introducci\u00f3n de modelos gr\u00e1ficos de decodificaci\u00f3n para problemas de clasificaci\u00f3n tiene importantes consecuencias en otro problema central en esta tesis, el dise\u00f1o de algoritmos de clasificaci\u00f3n para problemas con dimensionalidad elevada de atributos.
