Para la determinaci\u00f3n de la tacrina se ha desarrollado un procedimiento espectrofotom\u00e9trico (linealidad: 0.1-10 ug-ml-1, lod: 0.05 ug-ml-1 y rsd&lt;1%) que se ha aplicado a c\u00e1psulas, un procedimiento espectrofluorim\u00e9trico (linealidad: 0.38-130 ng-ml-1, lod: 0.24 ng-ml-1 y rsd&lt;1%) que se ha aplicado a c\u00e1psulas, suero y orina; y un procedimiento voltamperom\u00e9trico con electrodo de pasta de carbono (linealidad: 0.2-25 ug-ml-1, lod: 0.06 ug-ml-1 y rsd&lt;7%) que se ha aplicado a c\u00e1psulas y orina. Para la determinaci\u00f3n de la 1-hidroxitacrina se ha desarrollado un procedimiento espectrofluorim\u00e9trico (linealida: 4.5-100 ng-ml-1, lod: 1.7 ng-ml-1 y rsd&lt;1%) que se ha aplicado a suero y orina y un procedimiento voltamperom\u00e9trico (linealidad: 0.37-25 ug-ml-1, lod: 0.18 ug-ml-1 y rsd&lt;7%) que se ha aplicado a orina.
