Se ha estudiado el efecto de tres maniobras experimentales sobre la fisiolog\u00eda de las sinapsis del ganglio cervical superior y del ganglio estrellado. Estas maniobras y sus resultados son las siguientes: 1. La falta cronica de actividad (obtenida bloqueando con tetrodotoxina el tronco simpatico cervical) produce un aumento de la eficacia de las sinapsis del ganglio cervical superior. 2. El bloqueo con tetrodotoxina del tronco simpatico cervical produce un aumento del numero de sinapsis que las fibras de este nervio forma sobre las neuronas del ganglio estrellado. 3. La seccion del tronco simpatico cervical produce una disminucion del numero de sinapsis formadas por sus fibras sobre las neuronas del ganglio estrellado. Estos resultados dan una idea de las posibilidades de reorganizacion sinaptica del sistema nervioso periferico de animales adultos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
