Se comprobo que es una tecnica analgesica eficaz y segura en el tratamiento del dolor postoperatorio intenso. La concentracion del farmaco influye en la duracion e intensidad de la analgesia obteniendose mejores resultados con concentraciones de 1\/1000 que con concentraciones mas
