{"id":120139,"date":"2023-03-01T11:10:52","date_gmt":"2023-03-01T11:10:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/asimilacion-del-nitrogeno-inorganico-y-su-regulacion-en-las-rodospirilaceas\/"},"modified":"2023-03-01T11:10:52","modified_gmt":"2023-03-01T11:10:52","slug":"asimilacion-del-nitrogeno-inorganico-y-su-regulacion-en-las-rodospirilaceas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/asimilacion-del-nitrogeno-inorganico-y-su-regulacion-en-las-rodospirilaceas\/","title":{"rendered":"Asimilacion del nitrogeno inorganico y su regulacion en las rodospirilaceas."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Conrado Moreno Vivian <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado la regulacion de la fijacion del dinitrogeno en diversas estirpes de rodospirilaceas  asi como la asimilacion reductiva del nitrato y las vias de incorporacion del amonio a compuestos carbonados.  rhodopseudomonas capsulata eifi asimila nitrato y nitrito en condiciones fototroficas  incorporando el amonio resultante por la ruta glutamina sintetasa\/glutamato sintasa aunque en determinadas condiciones troficas  o cuando esta ruta se encuentra inhibida  la asimilacion del amonio tiene lugar por la via alanina deshidrogenasa\/alanina: 2-oxoglutarato aminotransferasa.  la fijacion del dinitrogeno se inhibe por amonio  nitrato y nitrito. El nitrato debe ser reducido hasta nitrito mediante la nitrato reductasa  para que ejerza su efecto inhibidor. El amonio  a diferencia del nitrato y del nitrito  ademas de inhibir  reprime la sintesis de la enzima. La nitrogenasa se inhibe por oxigeno  pero esta inhibicion es menor en presencia de hidrogeno o tras una preincubacion con oxigeno  por lo que la fotoproduccion de h2 podria ser un mecanismo de
