Mediante este estudio se puede obtener informacion cuantitativa de la proporcion de todas las formas y especies quimicas presentes en disolucion en estos compuestos.  posteriormente  se abordo la reduccion electroquimica de estos compuestos frente al electrodo de gotas de mercurio. Mediante este estudio polarografico se ha podido conocer que especie se reduce a cada ph en estudio con lo que se ha podido refinar el mecanismo de reduccion de estos derivados de la vitamina b6.
