La precisi\u00f3n del m\u00e9todo viene caracterizado por una desviaci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar relativa del 0,85% para una concentraci\u00f3n de 50 ngle para el ciscitraci\u00f3n de 100 ngle y 0,50% para una concentraci\u00f3n de 80 ngle y 0.48% para una concentraci\u00f3n del 400 ngle para el mivacurio. El procedimiento se aplic\u00f3 a la determinaci\u00f3n del ac\u00fastica en orina dopada, cisatracurio en orina y suero dopado y mivacurio en suero dopado.  tambi\u00e9n, se ha desarrollado un procedimiento patogr\u00e1fico para la determinaci\u00f3n de la acrivastina y voltanperom\u00e9trico para la determinaci\u00f3n del cisatracurio usando electrodo de &#8212; de caiboro estocionario en el procedimiento voltanperam\u00e9trico, con unos unites de detecci\u00f3n de 0,11 ngle para acrivastina y 0,14 ngle para el cisatracurio y unos l\u00edmites de cuantificaci\u00f3n de 0.35 y 0.38 ngle para &#8212; y 0.45 ngle para el cis\u00f3tracurior los procedimientos se aplicaron a la determinaci\u00f3n de la acrivastina en orina y cisatracurio en suero y orina
