Consuelo <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis ha analizado los mecanismos de induci\u00f3n de apoptosis por el lipido antitumoral et-18-och3 y por el an\u00e1logo de coldicina mtc.  la actividad apopt\u00f3tica de la mol\u00e9cula de et-18-och3 es dependiente de su estructura molecular y en particular de las sustituciones en el c2 y c3 en su esqueleto de glicerol. El et-18-och3 induce apoptosis por un mecanismo independiente de la interacci\u00f3n del et-18-och3 con el receptor del paf. La incorporaci\u00f3n del et-18-och3 en la c\u00e9lula es necesaria para su actividad apopt\u00f3tica. La acci\u00f3n apoptosis en c\u00e9lulas tumorales es independiente de la interacci\u00f3n de fas con su ligando natural fasl. Se requiere c-jun para la  inducci\u00f3n de la apoptosis por el et-18och3. El et-18-och induce una activaci\u00f3n persistente de la jnk el et-18-och  induce la p\u00e9rdida de aym y la activaci\u00f3n  de la caspasa-3, en c\u00e9lulas lenc\u00e9micas y linfoides. La inducci\u00f3n de apoptosis por el et-18-och  no requiere la s\u00edntesis de macromol\u00e9culas.  el mtc induce apoptosis en c\u00e9lulas leuc\u00e9micas humanas induce una r\u00e1pida y potente rotura de los amicrotibulos, una parada del ciclo celular en la fase g2\/m y una inhibici\u00f3n de la proliferaci\u00f3n celular  antes del disparo de la apoptosis.Induce un incremento en los nivlees de c-jun y una activaci\u00f3n persistente de la jnk.
