Se optimizaron las condiciones instrumentales se evaluaron los efectos interferenciales de los constituyentes minerales mayoritarios delas muestras biologicas y se estudio su posible eliminacion. Se determino la exactitud y precision del metodo propuesto comparando los resultados obtenidos en higado con un material de referencia certificado y los porcentajes de recuperacion para humor vitreo. El metodo propuesto es un micrometodo que permite una minima manipulacion de la muestra con resultados exactos y precision adecuada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
