La intensidad de la reaccion fue mayor en las siguientes estructuras de la corteza cerebelosa: celulas gliales de bergman  conos axonales de las celulas de purkinje y glomerulos  sitios en donde se ha demostrado fisiologicamente que existe intensa actividad gabaergica.La presencia de nadp en el medio de incubacion demostro la existencia de reacciones gaba-transaminasa (gaba-t) y semialdehido succinico deshidrogenasa (ssa-dh) solo en glia de bergman y conos axonales de celulas de purkinje. La glutamino sintetasa (gs) fue localizada inmunologicamente en las celulas gliales cerebelosas y no en neuronas lo que apoya la hipotesis de que la glia interviene en los fenomenos de transmision gabaergica. La localizacion de la aspartato amino transferasa (aat) en vesiculas sinapticas y la accion del laspartico indican relacion entre aat y gaba-t.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
