La evolucion del contenido de impurezas se ha analizado por espectrometria de emision con fuente de plasma (icp) y la eficacia del tratamiento de purificacion por medida de la resistividad electrica. Se ha determinado la influencia del grado de deformacion y del grado de pureza en la cinetica de la recristalizacion mediante tecnicas de variacion de la resistencia electrica y microscopia optica y electronica; relacionando los resultados obtenidos a partir de las medidas fisicas con los deducidos de las observaciones microestructurales del proceso. Los resultados obtenidos han permitido establecer la influencia del grado de deformacion en la velocidad de recristalizacion y en la energia de activacion  asi como profundizar en el origen y
