Entre las primera se incluyeron las distancias entre n\u00facleos y puntos de enlace, as\u00ed como diversas propiedades de los puntos de enlace. entre las segundas se presto especial atenci\u00f3n a poblaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica, energ\u00eda, volumen y momento dipolar. Para la comparaci\u00f3n se ha hecho uso de la dependencia lineal entre poblaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica y valor integrado de la laplaciano. Tambi\u00e9n se ha tendio en cuenta la dependencia no lineal entre la energ\u00eda at\u00f3mica y el tama\u00f1o de la mol\u00e9cula expresado a trav\u00e9s de la suma de los n\u00fameros at\u00f3micos.  asimismo, se ha estudiado la variaci\u00f3n experimental por dichos fragmentos en situaciones como: dimerizaci\u00f3n, fluoraci\u00f3n y protonaci\u00f3n. El efecto de la protonaci\u00f3n se ha analizado en gran parte de los compuestos estudiados. este estudio ha permitido relacionar la energ\u00eda del proceso de protonaci\u00f3n con la energ\u00eda del prot\u00f3n en la mol\u00e9cula, evidenciando el car\u00e1cter predominante de la transferncia de carga en dicho proceso.
