{"id":12062,"date":"2001-06-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2001-06-07T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/reacciones-de-preparacion-y-aminolisis-de-alcoxi-5-nitrosopirimidinas-aplicaciones-e-interes-sintetico\/"},"modified":"2001-06-07T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2001-06-07T00:00:00","slug":"reacciones-de-preparacion-y-aminolisis-de-alcoxi-5-nitrosopirimidinas-aplicaciones-e-interes-sintetico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/reacciones-de-preparacion-y-aminolisis-de-alcoxi-5-nitrosopirimidinas-aplicaciones-e-interes-sintetico\/","title":{"rendered":"Reacciones de preparaci\u00f3n y aminolisis de alcoxi-5-nitrosopirimidinas. aplicaciones e inter\u00e9s sint\u00e9tico."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Marchal Ingrain Antonio  Jos\u00e9 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se propone un m\u00e9todo de nitrosaci\u00f3n que permite obtener por primera vez y de forma eficiente diversas amino-dialcoxi-5-nitrosopirimidinas. asimismo se estudia, tanto desde un punto de vista cuantitativo como cualitativo, la facilidad con que experimentan sustituci\u00f3n arom\u00e1tica nucleofilica secuencia por aminas de diversa naturaleza (primarias, secundarias, diaminas, amino\u00e1cidos, etc.) Los dos grupos metoxilo del compuesto 2-amino-4,6-dimetoxi-5-nitrosopirimidina como consecuencia de la presencia del grupo electr\u00f3n atrayente (-no) en el carbono c(5) del anillo de pirimidina.  la secuencialidad con la que procede la reacci\u00f3n de aminolisis con aminas alquilicas primarias nos ha permitido acceder a una gran variedad 5-nitrosopirimidinas susceptibles entre otras aplicaciones de:  1,- entrar a formar parte de las rutas cl\u00e1sicas hacia la s\u00edntesis de poliazaheterociclos fusionados con pirimidina. En este sentido se han preparado varios derivados de purina y pteridina.  2,- se utilizados como ligandos de coordinaci\u00f3n de metales.  3,- ser evaluados como agentes antivirales y terapeuticos en el tratamiento del c\u00e1ncer.  todas estas posibilidades se comentan y se ilustran con algunos ejemplos.  finalmente todos los compuestos sintetizados se caracterizan haciendo uso de las t\u00e9cnicas de espectroscop\u00eda de 1h y 13h; infrarrojo, ultravioleta-visible, espectrometria de masas y an\u00e1lisis elemental.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
