La forma nativa del citocromo b5 se ha purificado a homogeneidad determinandose su grupo prostetico  peso molecular composicion de aminoacidos y estructura secundaria y habiendose llevado a cabo su caracterizacion espectroscopica. En cuanto a la forma nativa de la nadh-citocromo b5 reductasa  se ha determinado su grupo prostetico  espectro de absorcion y peso molecular  y se ha caracterizado la actividad enzimatica. Por ultimo  se ha estudiado la interaccion funcional en solucion entre el citocromo b5 microsomal en los microsomas procedentes de la larva del insecto. Ambos hechos permiten considerar a dicho citocromo como donador de los electrones nadh a la  9-desaturasa del insecto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
