En esta parte se han determinado  tambien  el mecanismo cinetico y los parametros intrinsecos de las reacciones de hidrolisis del sustrato sintetico p-nitrofenil-alfa-l-ramnosido y del natural naringina al ser sometidos a la accion del citado derivado inmovilizado. En una segunda parte  se han establecido los modelos matematicos de difusion y reaccion en las particulas de catalizador y se ha formulado la ecuacion de dise\u00f1o de un reactor tubular de lecho fijo para la operacion de los sistemas anteriores en regimen estacionario.
