Al disminuir el tiempo de residencia a 14 horas el reactor fue capaz de realizar una conversion de cod del 85%. Se han realizado estudios de estabilidad  no solo durante el periodo de estado preestacionario  sino tambien durante el estado estacionario  sometiendolos a sobrecargas organicas e hidraulicas y a periodo de vigilia. Mediante tecnicas de simulacion se ha modelado la utilizacion de sustrato por la biopelicula bacteriana inmovilizada  y se ha comprobado que el modelo predice el comportamiento del
