La vegetaci\u00f3n hace que las perdidas de fosforo en el sedimento sean 3 veces inferiores, lo que confirma el papel de la misma como filtro de retenci\u00f3n de fosforo.  el tiempo de renovaci\u00f3n del fosfato en la columna de agua, calculado respecto a la regeneraci\u00f3n bentonica de nutrientes, ha pasado de 11 a 8 d\u00edas lo que confirma por un lado el importante papel metab\u00f3lico del sedimento y por otro la progresiva eutrofizaci\u00f3n del estuario.  los modelos diagen\u00e9ticos propuestos en la literatura, que se han aplicado para la estimaci\u00f3n de la formaci\u00f3n de cfap, no se cumplen en el sedimento del estuario del rio palmones, por lo que se necesita una aproximaci\u00f3n diferente y la generaci\u00f3n de un nuevo modelo adecuado en el que se consideren las condiciones especiales del estuario.  de este estudio se concluye la notable variabilidad del sistema y su dependencia aloctona impredictible, que sugiere la realizaci\u00f3n de recolecciones de datos en continuidad para poder lelgar a estimar los riesgos que corre la cuenca y los futuros cambios que se produciran de acuerdo con los cambios
