Para ello se analizan en primer lugar el estudio de la gran empresa multi-activa frente al mercado. En segundo lugar se analizan las relaciones de poder con especial enfasis en los modelos gerenciales.  para concluir  finalmente  con la necesidad de abordar desde un enfoque estrategico la interrelacion entre los beneficios  el crecimiento y el control en las grandes empresas.
