Las c\u00e9lulas trasplantadas proced\u00edan de ratones donantes b6\/sjl (cd 45.1) tratados con 5-fu. Se analiz\u00f3 el injerto a corto (40 d\u00edas) y largo plazo (22 semanas) y la expresi\u00f3n del transgen en los tejidos hematopoy\u00e9ticos de los ratones receptores. No se detectaron c\u00e9lulas del donante, ni a corto ni a largo plazo, en los grupos de ratones no irradiados. No obstante, se relacion\u00f3 de una manera lineal y dosis dependiente la irradiaci\u00f3n con el injerto hematopoy\u00e9tico, tanto a corto como a largo plazo. Independientemente de la dosis de irradiaci\u00f3n recibida y del nivel de injerto consegudio, se obtuvieron niveles similares de expresi\u00f3n del transgen en todos lo grupos de animales trasplantados, sugiriendo que en estos animales las respuestas inmunes contra las c\u00e9lulas que expresavan egftp era absenetes o bien lo suficientemente suaves como para no afectar la supervivencia de las c\u00e9lulas transducidas en los ratones receptores. Adem\u00e1s, el hecho que se mantuviera el elevado porcentaje de c\u00e9lulas transducidas in vivo a los 40 d\u00edas y a las 22 semanas despu\u00e9s del trasplante (60,5 + &#8211; 15,7%), indicaba que probablemente se hab\u00edan transducido c\u00e9lulas madre (cmh) con la misma capacidad repobladora que las cmh no transducidas. El trasplante de 10 veces m\u00e1s c\u00e9lulas transducidas (5 x 10 c\u00e9lulas) o de 0,5 x 10 c\u00e9lulas no transducidas, result\u00f3 en unos niveles de injert<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
