La caracterizacion de la forma a se hizo mediante: a) estudio de propiedades fisico-quimicas: ph optimo (acido)  termoestabilidad (termolabit)  pi=5 4 efectores ionicos y glucidicos etc. D) caracterizacion cinetica: km y vmax para las dos actividades enzimaticas; cinetica de inhibicion por algunos efectores glucidicos e ionicos; cinetica enzimatica en relacion al ph. C) determinacion de la existencia de un unico centro activo para las dos actividades hexosaminidasicas.
