Carmen <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado desde el punto de vista cinetico la hidrolisis de distintos substratos cromogenicos por accion de la tr. Asi como su inhibicion por benzamidina e i-2581. Se ha llegado a la conclusion de que la tr es una enzima de comportamiento no michaeliano y que su inhibicion por los compuestos sinteticos citados es de tipo puro con cierto caracter competitivo.
