{"id":12101,"date":"2001-09-07T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2001-09-07T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/dynamics-of-light-matter-interaction-in-semiconductor-nanostructures\/"},"modified":"2001-09-07T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2001-09-07T00:00:00","slug":"dynamics-of-light-matter-interaction-in-semiconductor-nanostructures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/fisica\/dynamics-of-light-matter-interaction-in-semiconductor-nanostructures\/","title":{"rendered":"Dynamics of light-matter interaction in semiconductor nanostructures"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Guenther Aichmayr <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En esta memoria se estudia la dinamica de la interacci\u00f3n luz-materia mediante espectroscopia resuelta en tiempo en la escala de 2 a 200 picosegundos. se han estudiado tres tipos de estructuras semiconductores consistentes en pozos y dobles pozos cu\u00e1nticos de gaas, microcavidades de compuestos ii-vi y estructuras laser con gu\u00eda de ondas (grinsch) de ingaas. En el primer caso se ha estudiado la dinamica de la formacion y recombinacion de excitones polarizados en funci\u00f3n de distinos par\u00e1metros, observ\u00e1ndose un desdoblamiento energetico de los excitaciones, es debido a la interacci\u00f3n de coulomb de corto alcance incluyendo las correcciones de canje y de vertice, y se observa tanto en gases puros en excitones como en presencia de un plasma de electrones y huecos. En ambos casos las energias de los excitones +1 y -1 tienen la misma dependencia con la densidad, lo que confirma que el apantallamiento por el plasma de electrones y huecos tiene importancia menor en sistemas bidimensionales. Mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n de un campo el\u00e9ctrico se han podido modificar las interacciones dependientes del spin a traves de la separaci\u00f3n progresiva de electrones y huecos en pozos cuanticos acoplados. la dependencia del desdoblamiento con la densidad de excitones se explica mediante un modelo teorico que incluye las interacciones dependientes del spin.  el acoplamiento fuerte entre fotones de una cavidad y excitaciones de un pozo cuantico se ha observado en una microcavidad de cdte. La relaci\u00f3n de dispersi\u00f3n en el espacio reciprodco y en el espacio real ha sido estudiada mediante espectroscopia continua resulta en \u00e1ngulos. Se ha detectado un cuello de botella en la relajaci\u00f3n de polaritones de la rama inferior, cuya posici\u00f3n se desplaza desde valores grandes del vector de onda k hacia valores peque\u00f1os cuando la energia del modo de la cavidad se hace mayor que la del exciton.  finalmente, en l\u00e1seres grisch de ingaas se ha observado una clara depend<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
