Se realiza un analisis de las caracteristicas del sistema granular y de las acciones originadas por el flujo de agua. Se propone un modelo de disipacion energetica para el analisis del movimiento de lechos granulares bajo oleaje progresivo no roto. Se pone de manifiesto la influencia de la rugosidad y permeabilidad del manto  el talud y el criterio de averia en la estabilidad de diques rompeolas.  se realiza un estudio comparativo sobre tres formas de piezas paralelepipedicas concluyendo que la forma cubica es la mas adecuada.
