El caracter cuantico del sistema determina que la forma del nucleo este sometida a fluctuaciones en su estado fundamental. Hemos estudiado las anomalias isotopicas en los radios y en las secciones eficaces de fusion en la familia del calcio provocados por las mencionadas fluctuaciones. Estas influyen en la probabilidad de la emision radioactiva 223ra-209pb+14c tanto en la formacion del 14c como en la transmision a traves de la barrera coulombiana.
