Simplex. Tambi\u00e9n se han detectado componentes especificos de anisakis simplex y del genero anisakis y se han revelado por primera vez, bandas de peso molecular alto en todos los nematodos estudiados.  asimismo se ha estudiado la anisakiosis experimental en ratas wistar infestadas,por via oral y por via intraperitoneal, con larvas de tercer estadio de a. simplex, para comprobar la viabilidad y la localizaci\u00f3n de dichas larvas y para investigar la presencia de antigenos del parasito en la sangre de estos animales. En estas experiencias se ha observado que el 40,41% de las larvas atraviesan la pared intestinal a las 24 horas post-infestaci\u00f3n, localizandose en distintos organos del hospedador, este hecho podr\u00eda explicar las manifestaciones tempranas de la anisakiosis, observadas en algunos casos humanos.  la investigaci\u00f3n de ant\u00edgenos se ha realizado mediante una tecnica de elisa de dobles anticuerpos, basada en el sistema adivina-biotina, que se ha empleado por primera vez en la anisakiosis, este enzimoinmunoensayo posibilita la detecci\u00f3n precoz de antigenos som\u00e1ticos y metab\u00f3licos de a.Simplex en el suero de ratas infestadas antes de que aparezcan concentraciones detectables de anticuerpos.
