Jes\u00fas <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se propone un metodo por absorcion atomica con llama previa extraccion liquido-liquido por el sistema hc1\/mibk a 0 c para la determinacion de cromo en alimentos. Se comprueba la ausencia de interferencias y se determinan el limite de deteccion  el limite de cuantificacion  las precision  la exactitud y la recuperacion. Previamente se elige el metodo mas adecuado para la destruccion de la materia organica que resulta ser el ataque repetido con acido nitrico. El metodo propuesto se compara con la determinacion por aa sin llama y el icp. Seguidamente se procede a la determinacion del contenido de cromo de los alimentos mas usuales por el metodo propuesto. Se analizan un total de 765 muestras de alimentos y 108 muestras de agua.
