El modelo 1, permite la determinaci\u00f3n del markting-mix, y su asignaci\u00f3n entre productos, variables y mercados con el planteamiento de un objetivo, mercados meta preseleccionados y en situaci\u00f3n de certidumbre econ\u00f3mica. El siguiente modelo, modelo 2, realiza la selecci\u00f3n de mercados meta y determina el marketing-mix, con el planteamiento de un objetivo y en situaci\u00f3n de certidumbre. el modelo 3, realiza la selecci\u00f3n de mercados meta y la determinaci\u00f3n del marketing-mix, con un planteamiento multimetas y en situaci\u00f3n de certidumbre. el \u00faltimo modelo, modelo 4, permite la selecci\u00f3n de mercados meta y la determinaci\u00f3n del marketing-mix, con un planteamiento multimetas y en situaci\u00f3n de incertidumbre.  para que los modelos propuestos se conviertan en una herramienta en la gesti\u00f3n empresarial se ha desarrollado un programa inform\u00e1tico para la determinaci\u00f3n del marketing-mix, denominado mark-mix, dise\u00f1ado para su utilizaci\u00f3n con la hoja de c\u00e1lculo excel de microsoft. Dicho programa incluye un libro de trabajo de excel (con base de datos, los modelos y sus soluciones) y un interface que permite la entrada de datos, seleccionar las hip\u00f3tesis de trabajo y
